What kind of information do you keep on users?
Sesame Networks keeps track of cell phone numbers and passwords in a secure location. We have the ability to match traffic patterns against those cell phone numbers, in the event that there is abuse of the system.

What personal information do you collect?
Our service is designed to minimize the information we collect, inherently protecting your privacy. We collect only your cell phone number. We do not collect your name, address, email address, or any other personal information.

Why do you collect it?
We use this information as your User ID for authentication purposes.

Where do you keep it?
Information is maintained in our secure data centre, as well as in a secure off site location for back up, in the case of a major equipment failure.

How is it secured?
The Data Centre and Back up storage site are physically secure. Firewall devices have been applied to prevent unauthorized electronic access.

Who has access to or uses it?
Support personnel have access for the purpose of providing you with support or addressing Terms of Use violation incidents. Administrative functions within Sesame Networks may analyse the information at an aggregate (non-individual) level.
