Toll Cross Investments was formed in 2003 by Marc Bouchard and Rodger Gray. For years, small and medium sized, fast-growing companies in Canada have faced significant and growing difficulties in raising capital. Most financial services firms do not have the requisite operational or technical expertise to comprehend the complexities of certain multifaceted businesses. Toll Cross Investments was created to bridge this gap with a new dynamic approach.
